What you’ll need:

• non-metallic bowl (ceramic or plastic)
• wooden or plastic spoon
• gloves
• application brush
• shower cap
• wool hat
• warm water (35°–40 °C)

How to use it

1. Prepare the hair
Use a gentle scalp scrub to remove residues and styling products. If your hair is not too dirty, the scrub alone is enough. Otherwise, follow with a mild organic shampoo.

2. Prepare the mixture
Recommended dosage:
50 g of powder → medium-length hair (200 ml water)
100 g → long hair (400 ml water)
Gradually mix with warm water until you obtain a smooth, yogurt-like paste.

For extra hydration, you can add 2 tablespoons of:

• Goond Katira
• Fenugreek seed gel, flaxseed gel, or psyllium seed gel

3. Application
Apply a thick layer of the mixture immediately with a brush or your hands. Cover your hair with a shower cap and place a wool hat over it to retain heat.
Leave it on for 60 to 120 minutes depending on the desired intensity. For thick or resistant hair, leave it longer.

4. Rinse and post-color care
Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Avoid shampooing for the first 48 hours to allow the color to set. For the first wash, use a Sidr herbal mask to help fix the color.

Double application: when is it needed?
For very light, white, or chemically treated hair, a two-step process is recommended:
Warm tone: first apply a red henna base, then Chocolate Fondant
Cool tone: first apply a neutral primer like Vibrant, then Chocolate Fondant

(For chemically treated hair, we recommend a two-step process at least for the first few applications.)
