Pure powder obtained from the milling and micronization of Lawsonia Inermis leaves, a shrub belonging to the Lythraceae family, rich in a natural red-orange pigment capable of binding to the hair’s keratin.

It gives the hair a natural and intense red tone: warm on hair with little layering and cooler on hair previously treated with henna. It can be used alone or combined with Indigo to achieve darker shades such as brown or black.

How to prepare and apply Radish Red Henna?

1. HAIR PREPARATION

• Apply KORAYU Purifying Scrub to remove cosmetic residues and styling products and improve the performance of the 100% plant-based coloring treatment.

• If the hair is not particularly dirty, washing with the Scrub is sufficient. Otherwise, after the scrub, use a gentle organic purifying shampoo.

2. MIXTURE PREPARATION

Recommended quantities:
50 g of powder → medium-length hair (200 ml of water)
100 g of powder → long hair (400 ml of water)

• Pour the powder into a bowl and gradually add warm water (35°-40°C / 95°-104°F) until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream (similar to yogurt).

3. APPLICATION OF THE MIXTURE

• Apply the cream immediately with a brush or with your hands, in a thick layer.

• Cover the hair with a shower cap and wear a wool hat to maintain warmth and prevent the mixture from drying out.

• Leave on for 60 to 90 minutes; on dark hair or in the presence of grey strands, leave on for 90 to 120 minutes. (For thick and resistant hair, extend the processing time.)

4. RINSING AND POST-COLOR CARE

• Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

• Avoid shampooing for the first 48 hours to allow the color to fully develop and stabilize.

• For the first wash, use a Sidr treatment to better fix the color.
